Four questions for Club Officers

Here are four questions for all Division B Club executives to consider before the flurry of Area Governors visits goes full force:

  • Is the Club meeting the needs of its members?
  • What can your Area Governor and your Division Governor (me) do to help you meet Club members’ needs?
  • If a guest wants to sign up at the next meeting, does each Club Officer know what the dues are?
  • If a guest wants to sign up at the next meeting, does each Club Officer have a blank application form and know how to fill it out?

    The first column is for keeping track of the member names; the second notes if they used the Word of the Day; the third adds up the number of “ah”s and “um”s; the fourth tallies misused words; the fifth notes pronunciation; the six reckons excellent word usage; and the last is for other notes.
